This will be my 10th Venus.
I remember that friday, when I had nightshift and woke up way too early.
So I saw this poster from Venus 2003, I had already seen some tv reports and stuff like that, so I thought. You have your camera and some films (for the younger once, back in the old days you were taking pictures on films), so why not take a look.
I bought my ticket, had 12 films and and my curiosity. It was exciting. After that day, I went straight to work. My coworkers saw the signed posters and really asked me out.
Besides that, I had so much fun. So I decided to go next year too.
I always went on friday, after some years someone told me to go on sunday, because everything is much more like a family meeting.
So I went friday and sunday.
So someone told me to go on saturday, it´s mch more crowded, but the shows are much better.
Here we go, so I was there 3 days. Last year, Venus decided to open up for consumers on thursday too.
My couples of hours on a friday afternoon, became a 4 days trip to another world.
I´ve met so many great people there. (I shook hands with John Stagliano and Ron Jeremy, have been arm in arm with Elexis Monroe, jessica drake, Puma Swede and Nikki Benz) just to name a few. Even got a hug from Stoya.
Had some great chats, drank some beer and laughs and even cries (not me ;))
Of course the way I go to Venus nowadays has changed. Somethings are always the same (in a good and a bad way).
But what always stays is the excitment of meeting people old friends, aswell as seeing new people and meet people you know from Twitter.
Oh and btw I´ll always have a shirt for someone very special 😉
